To meet the rapidly growing global demand for maternal and infant silicone products, our company has recently completed a comprehensive upgrade of its
Silicone Feeding product production base, with a total investment of over $2 million in advanced automatic production equipment and intelligent quality control systems. After the upgrade, the annual production capacity of
silicone feeding set,
silicone suction plate, silicone baby feeding bowls and
silicone placemat has doubled from 15 million pieces to 30 million pieces, significantly improving production efficiency and product consistency.
The upgraded production line features full-process automation, including automatic rubber mixing, precision molding, intelligent vulcanization and automatic inspection, reducing manual intervention by 70% and lowering the product defect rate to less than 0.03%. We have also added a dedicated testing laboratory equipped with professional equipment for migration testing, heavy metal detection and volatile substance analysis, ensuring every product meets international safety standards such as GB 4806.16-2025, LFGB and FDA.
In addition, the production base has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system and ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, adopting eco-friendly production processes such as waste silicone recycling and low-carbon energy consumption, realizing the dual goals of capacity expansion and sustainable development. The upgraded production line will focus on supplying cross-border independent site sellers, Amazon sellers and offline retailers, with shorter delivery times (3-5 working days for regular orders) and more flexible OEM/ODM customization services.
